Great information gwr1 and a good find, but I have some questions

Will it stop HFT trading?

Will anyone get charged?

Will compensation be forthcoming?

If any of the above get acted on, how long will it take to take effect?

In effect, all this does is tell the perpetrators that the rest of the market know what's going on and that the goings on are illegal, but who is going to oppose the practice?

The Government?

The SEC?

The CFTC?

Gimme a break!

If nothing happens as a result, or if it gets dragged out in the courts, what good is it?

And don't forget, the largest perpetrators are the TBTF organizations anyway.
