Those numbers late last year were the startup stopes which had development ores included. As you can see from the guidance for Q2 which starts Apr 1, 2015 the production plan has a large increase (double) in silver eq. (gold & silver only) with a rapidly falling cash cost with a teady state reached in Q3 with even better numbers and as low as $10 per ounce cost for silver/gold production after base metal credits. This is as low as it gets in the industry, a very good looking 4 year plan on a small part of the overall resource base.
If this works as planned and I expect it will, this offers some serious expansion opportunites going forward to expand production. It looks like the plan will make money right now and if silver/gold move higher at all in the future this will be highly profitable with major upside production expansion plus some serious upward resource revisions since almost all this ore is presently outside the resource base and not well explored.
I know it's hard to accept good news from Golden given all that has happened over the last few years but this is very real with an extremely low share price even at these gold/silver prices, such is the present circumstances in the whole gold/silver sector.
