Great he is finally gone as CEO.

But how come he remains Chairman of the BoD? Did he provide such a good service to the major shareholder (Sentient) that they still back him? This stinks.

This guy brought down his former employer during much more favourable times (the company he led as CEO in Bolivia) and now he is doing the same with Golden Minerals.

It is simply disgusting and seems part of pump and dump plan from the start.
