To start with, I take full responsibility for my own investment decisions and I know that all the losses that I and others suffered cannot be recovered. However, if the people who were part of the rather extreme promotion of ECU Silver during the period 2004-2011, would like to respond here to my possibly one-sided and unfounded accusations, I would be very grateful. And that includes the owner of Lemetropolecafe, who may have been totally innocent, but did something extremely ambiguous, i.e. promoting the cause of an Action Committee, while at the same time offering his forum to promote individual stocks, which he claimed he personally owned (ECU, SAMEX, Candente, Witts a.o.). It may be the innocence of unprofessional behaviour, which I prefer to believe, but for someone who said/bragged he was an old pall of Ray Dalio, I find that hard to believe.

I also realize that this outcry of frustration comes at a time, that the sector may be finally bottoming (a bottoming process of many years by now). I sincerely hope it does coincide with that long awaited bottom, as outings of frustration often do. However, I just wanted to say what I have been carrying this with me for a long time and I think that this forum may be the place, where at least some people could give an honest answer about what they think has been going on around this particular stock/company, since they have been around during those years. Including the ones that were part of the promotion of ECU Silver, I hope.
