We are constantly told about manipulation and that the paper boys are keeping the silver price depressed. We also have miners like AUM who have stopped producing because the price does not compensate them properly. What I don't understand is why there does not come a time when buyers are forced to bid prices higher, to the levels that people like bullionbulls tell us we deserve, when the miners have taken steps to limit supply. The metal market never seems to run out of supply regardless of the low prices being created artificially, and illegally, by the paper market. Something about this doesn't ring true.
