The company has released first quarter results which would appear to be as good as possible considering it is not generating any mining operating income. We regularly read expert opinions about the PM prices and their potential to rise some time in the future but that future seems to always be receding. The obvious concern would seem to be that PM prices are not going to be high enough for AUMN to begin operating again in the foreseeable future and that the company, and its share price, will continue to languish. We have some knowledgable posters here who understand the mining business. It would be most helpful if they could give us some insight into this matter. What are the chances that AUMN will again become a profitable enterprise with a resulting recovery of the share price?
