Oil is at a 5 month low; the way I see things is that they are trying to get the financial market going. Its obvious with the fannie and freddie bailout what the Americans are trying to do and that is get the market back into shape. Long term outlook with 200 dollar oil would be rather grim. Now that its back to "market value", the financials are picking up. And these will pick up the resource market. Its cause and effect. Just hold on this fall will be much much better
