I went and listened to it again and the interview was about the 24 billion barrells of oil in the bakken formation. While they did mention gas along with other forms of energy Kramer clearly at the first of the video was talking about oil.the guest said at the end of the interview that the state was bringing the experts back to update the report. And yes the formation is different from ours , people are starting to notice oil shale.
