Sometimes it seems that this process of building value is very slow. Like any good foundation it seems all that checking and planning with no sign of progress can make things appear as if they have stalled. Then suddenly the cement truck shows up there is a flury of activity and its done. It appears as though the cement truck has arrived and the foundation is getting built to a very high standard!! Hope you all like the analogy....LOL

I still believe though that there will be a fiar bit of resistance at the .90 level so I will look for it to pause there through the fall (Barring any HUGE news). Once it breaks above that level, it will no longer be a cailing but will become the floor from wich more value is built!
