I understand your frustration but these were two of the worst run companies around. It takes time to merge, clean the mess up, tidy up loose ends, and clean up the database. Pat probably did not think things were this bad.

I am assuming he is working to get this company back on track. Probably lots of long term investors getting in here, as the weak hands get out.

I wont be shedding any tears for any past management leaving here.
