Q1 Financials & MD&A released :

Interim Financial and MD&A for the three months ended March 31, 2010 released at approx 4:30pm;

Possibly the “Insiders” will now be “compliance comfortable” pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy and any material non-public information/ (Black-out Period).

Let’s see if the Insiders will buy significant amounts of GRC shares in the market.
