Goldstone has $6.5 million dollars in funding to support an accelerated exploration program on its 100%-owned properties in 2011.The objective at Key Lake - which borders on the Hardrock Project inthe Geraldton camp - will be to establish the viability of an open pit mining operation and to build a NI 43-101 resource.

In the Beardmore camp, a more intensive drilling program is planned to pursue several promising targets identified by aeromagnetic survey, historical data and recent exploration.

Strategically, the company is striving to develop additional gold resources which could be developed sequentially with those identified at the Brookbank and the Northern Empire properties.

Overall, in 2011 Goldstone plans to drill approximately 50,000 metres in Geraldton-Beardmore, about four times as much as last year.
