Premier has gained 6 percent so far today .

I also expect that the new resource estimate tomorrow will give those that have recommended Premier .. will have to revise their forward outlook upwards..

I have revised my own Premier outlook to over 9 dollars and may revise it again tomorrow.... after seeing the Hardrock Release
