Gowest Announces Grant of Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 28, 2011) - Gowest Amalgamated Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GWA) announces that a total of 2,575,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company were granted on February 25, 2011 to directors, officers and consultants at an exercise price of $0.325 per share, expiring on February 25, 2016. The grant is subject is subject to regulatory approval.
