Sheldon and I will continue to build shareholder Value through commercializing the Aukam Graphite Mine 

Private placements are open to the Exempt marketalways 

we have had to step up many times to top off the placements regardless of what it does to our personal liquidity 

Not many CEOS do that 

It’s the best way to finance projects such as Aukam 

Without money coming into the company through such Placements we would not be able to do what we have done 

Warrants as much as an inconvenience at times also fund businesses such as ours 

they are great sources of capital and will help us avoid having to do private placements in future price escalations 

Both Sheldon and I are very committed towards building the business and will continue to do so 

We encourage investors to invest into the business based on its fundamental value
