Arno Brand is a Namibian entrepreneur with 12 years of experience working on major construction and mining projects in Africa. He has been involved in numerous public transactions and is an experienced commodity trader. Up until 2017 he worked with the Boswell Group of Companies through which he facilitated the sale of USD 1 Billion of Uranium Concentrates between African Producers and Utilities. He has worked in the development of the Aukam graphite project since 2014

Mr. Alex Helmel

Director

Mr. Helmel is an independent management consultant possessing specific expertise working with early stage venture companies within the Canadian Capital Markets. Mr. Helmel focuses on private to public market transitions, corporate governance, the development of senior management teams, and corporate growth strategies. Mr. Helmel has served as a director or officer for numerous private, CSE, and TSX-V listed corporations. Mr. Helmel's appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Walter Luke

Director

Mr. Luke is a professional project manager with over 29 years of global experience directing projects for tech giants such as Nortel, Bell Mobility, Nigeria Multilink, Australia Optus and New Zealand Clear. Mr. Luke's successful private enterprise has taken him to over 40 countries and has brought international recognition (several chairman's and president's awards) for his contributions to new business developments worldwide. Mr. Luke holds a project manager professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Bill Johnstone

Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Johnstone has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since February of 2005 practicing in the areas of securities and corporate law. He is the Practice Leader of the firm’s Securities Law Group. Mr. Johnstone has been practicing law for over thirty (30) years. He is also a director and/or officer of five other TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and three Canadian Securities Exchange listed companies.

Armando Farhate

Executive Management & Head of Advisory Board

Mr. Farhate’s prior experience in the planning, engineering, research and development, processing, project management, sales, and marketing areas of the graphite mining industry make him the ideal candidate to fill the role as Head of the Advisory Committee.In past projects, he was responsible for quality management, environmental management, and implementing strategic and tactical planning. Mr. Farhate will oversee the quality management of the Aukam Graphite Mine and as Head of the Company’s Advisory Committee, he will coordinate important decisions regarding processing.His knowledge and expertise will foster numerous opportunities for Gratomic, not only through Mr. Farhate’s experience but through his network within the graphite industry as well

Dr. Ian Flint

Mining & Processing Engineer

Dr. Flint has more than 25 years’ experience in the graphite industry including more recent work in the growing field of graphene manufacture and commercialization. Dr. Flint’s experience includes process design, test work, pilot plants, equipment design, physical processing and materials development. He has worked as metallurgist, and/or director of more than 30 graphite/graphene projects worldwide. Dr. Flint holds a Ph.D. in mining and mineral processing engineering (2001) from the University of British Columbia and has more than 10 years of teaching mining engineering and graphite processing at Dalhousie University in Halififax

Roger Roden

CFO

Rodger Roden, CFOMr. Roden, CPA CA, has more than 30 years of industry experience and has worked as Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer with public and private companies in a broad range of industries including the mineral sector. His experience includes all aspects of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IT implementations, tax, and business systems and process analyses and implementation.

Karl Trudeau

Consultant

Based in the province of Quebec, Canada, Mr. Trudeau possesses unique experience achieved through the operation of natural graphite facilities. He was plant director for six years at Imerys Graphite et Carbonne (formerly Timcal) in Saint-Aime-du-Lac-des-Iles, Que., Canada. Imerys is the largest graphite producer in North America. His next role would occur with Nouveau Monde Graphite, where he became the chief operations officer. This role would last for over two years.

Additional experience in the mining industry includes the exploration and mining of various types of minerals. Karl previously occupied the position of Vice President at Minera Planet, in Mexico, and was directly responsible for the implementation of a greenfield project. He has a degree in Industrial Management, supplemented with over 20 years of professional experience in various roles within the mining industry.

Karl Trudeau

Head of Namibian Operations.

Karl brings to the Board his unique experiences in building and operating some of the most profitable graphite mines in the Western World. Working for Imerys Graphite et Carbonne, he operated and optimized the Lac-Des-Îles graphite mine to become the most profitable mining operation in Quebec in 2014. An additional significant milestone was achieved with Imerys, through his role as Natural Graphite Operations Leader, where Karl was responsible for the construction and development of the Okanjande Graphite Mine in Namibia, Africa.

As the COO of Nouveau Monde Graphite, Karl made important contributions to the project including his work as a pioneer in the electrification of mining operations.
