Groundstar has PSA's in Kurdistan Iraq, Egypt, Guyana onshore and Syria (leases returned). I follow for their interests in Iraq in the Qara Dagh bolck with a 6% interest, Vast exp , New Age and the gov KRG. Great potential in this region.

Other companies in area includ Vast exp. Longford Energy, Shamaran Petroleum formally Bayou Bend under the Lundin group, Heritage Oil, Sterling Energy and Talisman. I follow/own all but Talisman. Do your own dd and add your views. At this time Heritage, WesternZygos, Gulf and Sterling seem to have most potential and is the furthest along on exploration, its a risky area but lots of oil/gas.
