Hi Patience,

The process of the Beauce Gold Field spin-out is still active.  In our last PR regarding the spin-out (March 31), we were waiting from a response from TSX-V.  Sorry, but we can't give more details until we do so through a press release.   

Patience is required (no pun intended!)
