Good evening gentlemen,

I ask this question on behalf of myself and other 

investors on the topic of the spinout.  It was to my understanding and the understanding of many that 

all of the spinout details had been finalized already and that the wait for the descision rested solely on the exchange.  I do not wish to guess as to why (which is why i am asking). But can you elaborate a little more as to what happend between that time frame and the information we have received recently reguarding an exchange yet to be chosen....with all due respect... thank you
