Message: The Pilot plant

Hi Steven,

No need to struggle why I did not reply to your initial question on my previous reply, it simply was a combination that Peter of PYR was out of town, I wanted to finish first the updated HPQ presentation and complete the supporting video that articulate management vision and development plans for the coming years.

While I do believe that the presentation and video now available online covers the subject you raised in your post, for clarity sake I pen my reply to your questions.

Regarding your question:

·      When will you invite media or other neutral third parties (Some scientists in the industry perhaps?) that can witness the progress, see the process and report back independent third party impressions to shareholders?

At this stage and for the foreseeable future, we will only invite people to come and look first hand at our progress after thorough vetting and under strict Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

We have invested too much money to just give away our secret.

We have had third parties come and visit our facility under these conditions but all discussions emanating from them are subject to strict two ways NDA.

Please note that as an Exploration Company listed on the TSX venture all our technical claims issued in a press release are vetted by a Scientific Professional as dictated by the rule of disclosure.

Regarding your question:

·      Can a series of photos/video, curated to protect intellectual properties, be produced showing the construction of the pilot plant?

No, the risk is too important.

Maybe when the small-scale pilot plant is operational we may try to prepare a small video or pictures of material being produced like we did before at lab scale.

Regarding your question:

 ·      If the Purevap is such a disruptive technology, why is it not being widely covered in industry trade magazines, on line forums or other industry related outlets?

Simple, for all the reason above we are not making any big efforts to attract industry coverage right now.

This is because we are very aware that while our results to date are very promising for the future, they have only been done at lab scale.

Furthermore we are aware that the coverage one receives with lab scale success is small.

The interest will come when we succeed in our transition from lab scale to commercial scale.

That is where our focus is right now.

Regarding your question:

·      Can someone be allowed "Off the bus" to poke around and publish a third party story on the progress?

Eventually yes, but only under our strict conditions, and that is in order to ensure that we protect our intellectual investment.

Regards

Bernard Tourillon
CEO
