Hi John,

Scrapping the process to list Beauce Gold Field on the CSE in favor of a TSX-V listing because of the Plan of Arrangement requirement, did extend the time line.  It was costing us the almost the same to get listed on the CSE as the TSX-V.  In our opinion, the Venture is better real estate for the money invested.

Since August, we hold weekly meetings with our advisors to make sure everything moves forward.  Regardless of the time it takes, work in the Beauce continues.

I'm sorry, but like we stated in the August PR regarding BGF, no timelines will be given.  We'll announce events as they come.
