Quick question for you about the spinout, if you are able to comment.  

The August 15th, 2017 HPQ News Release outlined several steps involved to get BGF on the TSX-V.

My question is, what stage are we at? 

Has legal counsel finalized the plan?  Has it been submitted to the court?  Has the plan been pre-approved by the TSX?  Has an interim order been issued?  When do you anticipate this special shareholder meeting?  etc..

Thank you in advance for any kind of update!  Will 2018 be the year gold shines brightly here....

Beauce Gold Fields Spinout to be done by Plan of Arrangement The Company is proceeding with the spinout of its Beauce Gold Fields Inc subsidiary via a listing on the TSX-Venture exchange by way of a court-approved statutory Plan of Arrangement. Legal counsel is finalizing the Plan that will be submitted to the court, once the plan has been preapproved by the TSX-V. This step is required in order to obtain an interim order from the court of the Plan, so that thereafter the Plan of Arrangement can be subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at a special shareholder meeting to be called for the purpose of seeking such approval. After having received approval of the Plan the Company will petition the court for a definitive approval of the spinout. Only upon reception of the definitive approval by the court can the Board of HPQ elect a date of record, after consultation with the TSX-V. Further details and updates will be provided to shareholders and other stakeholders via news releases only.
