Another question about BGF Spinout

I've never been involved in a spinout before and I'm curious how warrants are handled during this process. As of June 30th, there were 66 million outstanding warrants at various exercise prices. As the HPQ share value should be reduced by the value being spun into BGF, do a similar number of warrants move over to BGF or do they all stay with HPQ? Do the exercise prices change or stay the same?
