Thank for the info, but as you well may know there is a big divide between what politician talk about and what Government (bureaucrats) delivers ...

Trust me, I am living that first hand...

Plus this is the start of the consultation process before they make up there mind about the actual steps to implement their ideas...  (this will take time)

Furthermore, with these type project request, the Government penalize companies like us that have started the financing and implementation of their projects before actually having received Funding approval from the Government...

Anyway, I will make a follow-up with them when I meet them on another subject in January... I hope...
