Message: Milestones, Pilot plant definition and 'mini pilot plant definitions'

Hello Bernard,

While revising the project timelines on HPQ's website, version Sept 2017, I began to get confused at some of the wording of the timelines and projected milestones. Specefically with regards to the new 'Mini Pilot plant' definitions.

Below, in regular characters are the exact words taken from HPQ's presentation, available for download. Next to the milestones, in Bold, are questions or clarifications that I am seeking clarity on.

Oh and I reccomend a nomenclature of Plant 1.0 for the bench scale, plant 2.0 for the Mini Pilot plant and plant 3.0 for the 200 MT/Y plant. This would facilitate some misinterpretations faced by shareholders.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q3 2016 HPQ acquires PUREVAP IP from PYR

Q4 PYR Commences Pilot Plant Process Engineering design phase - The 200MT plant, because in 2016 the 'Mini Pilot plant wasn't on anyone's lips just yet.

HPQ invested $207k in 2015 for the Phase 1 Proof of concept Metallurgical Testing Program

HPQ Invested $1 M for the IP Purchase, $120 K for additional process characterization metallurgical tests using the lab scale reactor and $1,862,000 toward Pilot Plant fabrication during 2016 – Does this mean that HPQ has already incurred an expense of $ 1.862M for the fabrication of the 200MT Pilot plant? – Not to be confused with the ‘Mini-Pilot Plant’

Q1 to Q2 2017 PYR Continues Pilot Plant Process Engineering, Starts Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Engineering – Does this mean that a portion of the $1.862M was used for this? Again the 200MY Pilot plant and not the ‘mini-Pilot plant’

Q3 to Q4 2017 PYR to Commence Pilot Plant Equipment Sourcing, Delivery, Inspection, Fabrication, Assembly and Installation – One more time, this means the 200MT Pilot plant and not the ‘mini-pilot plant’?

Q1 2018, PYR to complete Hot Commissioning of the Pilot Plant One more time, this means the 200MT Pilot plant and not the ‘mini-pilot plant’?

Q2 to Q4 PYR will be the operator of the pilot plant during 2018 and this will cover its start, ramp up period and normal operation and this insure that the Purevap reactor will be operation at maximum design specification. Which plant? The Mini-Pilot plant or the 200MT plant? It’s not specified.

Q1 to Q3 2017 PYR continues process characterization testing using original the lab scale PUREVAP reactor – So the bench scale plant? The one that comes before the mini-Pilot plant?

Q4 2017 to Q3 2018 PYR purity testing will continue using a lab scale PUREVAP reactor capable of operating in a semi-batch mode (Mini-Pilot Plant)

From Q3 2018 HPQ will be sending samples to potential buyer in order to secure first orders – Will these samples come from the ‘mini-Pilot plant’ or the 200MT plant?

Q1 until Q3 2017, HPQ Invested $1,329,000 toward Pilot Plant construction cost and $ 170,000 toward new tests using mini pilot plant – So $1.329M is spent on the 200MT plant and $170K on the ‘mini-Pilot plant’?

HPQ Payment to PYR by the end of 2017 will be $1,239,000, and this upon completion of the pilot plant - One more time, this means the 200MT Pilot plant and not the ‘mini-pilot plant’? As far As I know, the 200MY Pilot Plant is nowhere near completion, so has this been spent?

HPQ payment to PYR for 2018 will be $520,000 for the hot commissioning of the plant and $2,310,000 to operate the pilot plan and train HPQ staff - One more time, this means the 200MT Pilot plant and not the ‘mini-pilot plant’?

Thank you for your clarifications.

Steven
