As far as I understand the WIPO report, and based on the standing opinion stated it it, it stands as not meeting the requirements for a patent. The rules are the same for all associated patent offices, so I don’t see an application being acceptable in any national office, unless PYR/HPQ have made appropriate changes to get around the objections laid out already.

Have there been any changes to the application?

If you cannot say, or will not say, can you at least say when we will know for sure what is going on? I believe the patent application is material news worth of an official communication from HPQ as the entire value of the company hinges on a favorable ruling.

HPQ Stock is bleeding every day, people have real money here on the line. Yes you consider us "retail" and judging from your recent interviews "retail" investors seem to deserve less of your respect, or time, but please give us hope.
