In the 8 Feb press release, it said we would be voting on the spin-out at the next AGM (in June). Since then, we have heard nothing. Last year, the details of what would be voted on were released on 25 May. Will we be voting on the spin-out at this year's AGM and, if so, when can we expect the details?
