Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

While, as you say: "the possibility of a share rollback has been touted by a poster on SH", I can confirm that it is not being touted by HPQ management, the financial institution nor the strategic partner we are in advance discussions with a goal of completing the pilot plant financing during Q2 2018.

I would not take too seriously any of the many crazy rumors beings discuss on SH, but whenever you want to have our official position on any of them, please do not hesitate to ask me.
