That's what I think too, and let's hope it will happen. But if it doesn't, the ''strategic'' investors could jump in the game to put the money needed to start the pilot plant, which would mean dilution. I think this is what is meant by : HPQ has $3.6 million in conditional commitment from both strategic and institutional investors.
