In the press release from the Quebec Government, it says the funding is for a 50 tonne plant. The last we heard it was going to be a 200 tonne plant (and before that, I believe gen3 was going to be a 1000 tonne and gen4 10,000 tonne). In any event, why are we now down to a 50 tonne plant for the same $8+ million instead of the 200 tonne that was originally announced?
