Hi Everyone,

Before people start looking for the deep alternative meaning behind this post and start rumours, let me take this opportunity to clear things up.

As part of my continuous DD, I scan a lot of interesting and a lot of none interesting articles about the solar industry,  alternative energies, silicon metal, Polysilicon, etc...

When I find an article that I believe could be of interest for investors, I ask Agoracom to post it on our BB.  I think this help elevate the quality of the debate on Agoracom versus the gutter talk found on Stockhouse...

Regarding this specific article, before we took the decision to share it with investors on HPQ mailing list and then on Agoracom, I asked the chief scientist at PyroGenesis in charge of our project if it could be possible to modify our Purevap process and produce SiC instead of Si.

His answer was yes but at this stage, this is all very theoretical, and to prove this will require that we invest new funds in R&D to see if the Gen2 could be modified to test the hypothesis.

We have not taken any decision on this at this time, and our focus remains on proving the commercial scalability on the Purevap process and its unique advantages for the solar industry.

But the reason why I am willing to look at alternative uses in the Silicon field for our Purevap process is that I have come to realize that in addition to the Solar Grade Silicon Metal market, there are many other multi-billion dollars markets that could benefit from the Purevap technology and understanding other markets where our tech can be a game changer, help reduce the overall risk of the project, making us more than a "one horse story"...

Usually, I do not discuss other silicon markets for our technology, as I came to understand that doing so will only allow our detractors to start spreading false claims along the line, "they are looking at other usages for the Purevap because it does not work for the solar..."

In this case, the information was so unexpected and the source so credible that I thought that sharing the information outweigh the risk of making an exception to my policy.

Hope this was useful,

Regards,
