He just exercised his stock options.

So we see the options being sold and then bought (or converted) into shares.

Do the math.  You'll see that it fits. Sold 154,000 shares and then bought two blocks of 80,000 and 74,000.  The other block, sold 166,000 shares and then bought two blocks of 80,000 and 86,000.  Same thing for the other 600 shares.

IT'S VERY, VERY, VERY POSITIVE.  When the CEO buys a lot like that it is very good news. It's coming, my friends.

Donc, on voit la vente des options pour ensuite acheter (ou les transformer) en actions.

Faites le calcul.  Vous allez voir que ca concorde. Vendu 154 000 actions et ensuite acheter deux blocs de 80000 et de 74000.  L'autre bloc, vendu 166 000 actions pour ensuite en racheter deux blocs de 80000 et de 86000.  Meme chose pour les 600 autres actions.

C'EST TRES TRES TRES POSITIF.  Quand le CEO achete beaucoup comme ca c'est une tres bonne nouvelle. Ca s'en vient mes amis.
