Message: Production Questions

Hello Bernard,

Congratulations on PUREVAP advancements and good news!

In a recent HPQ/Agoracom interview, it was mentioned that we will be able to produce 50,000kg of material but it wasn't not specified as to what type of material will be produced, or with which Generation of PUREVAP. It seemed to be implied that 50,000kg of Silicon Nano Powders would be produced, which one would assume would be made with Gen2 SiNR, the only machine currently capable of doing so, BUT has the volume of our Gen3 QRR.

When you say 50,000kg/yr, are you referring to Silicon Nano Powders currently selling at $30,000/kg?

During Gen2 SiNR modifications, did the tpy volume increase, or is the volume with a modified gen3 SiNR?

If it is with Gen2 SiNR, does it need Gen3 QRR for feedstock, or can raw materials be used for feedstock in Gen2 SiNR?

If Gen3 is not needed for the 50,000kg/y production, will Gen3 QRR be used for porous Si wafers with Apollon and the Battery Manufacturer under the NDA?

Sorry if anything is incomplete here or if I am ahead of the game and please do correct me on any misunderstandings. Just really looking forward to our future, as "if" is not even a question anymore.

Thank you for your time and hoping all is well!
