Yesterday we saw some very bizarre trading action on both the HPQ and PYR.

This morning I received information from a very credible member of the financial community about yesterday trading and I thought it was important that I shared with you what I have learned.

Fundamentally, what my source told me is that some hedge funds (he gave me a name, but I will keep it confidential) have massive open short positions on many TSX-V listed stocks, (HPQ and PYR included), that these shorts position are seriously out of the money and most probably not declared as such (Naked)…

Being stuck, these funds decided to resort to smashing the stocks in the hope of creating panic selling, and that is what happen yesterday…

I always assumed that this was going on, but yesterday action and the confirmation I received from someone with that many years of experience, just strengthen my believe that regulators are sleeping at the wheel… and that is why the safe Canadian mining initiative is so important …

Only last point, since these funds do not mind doing naked shorting, it is safe to assume that they have no problems hiring bashing trolls to create doubt on BB in order to scare nervous retail investors…
