Hi Bernard,
First, allow me to thank you on behalf of all shareholders for your participation in the videos and posts on this site. It is very unique and helpful for us to see and hear you explain what is going on with the company and how you feel about it and to be able to ask a few questions through these posts. Congratualtions on all the events that have transpired and for all the hard work you and your staff have put in to make this company a success for all of us.
If I may paint a scenario (hypothetically): PureVap NSiR and everything you are working on becomes a massive success and in 6 to 9 months many downstream auto and battery manufacturers have had a chance to trial your nano silicon powders and they are all ringing your phone off the hook for more. Several large players want to ensure they get as much product as they can get... at the lowest price possible... and are talking about an outright buyout so they can move the line "in-house" and have control going forward.
Question: What sort of "deal scenario" might you envision whereby HPQ Silicon and PYR and all their respective shareholders "get the best deal" with respect to HPQ Nano? Could an outright sale be best? Perhaps some sort of "royalty structure with exclusivity"? Could you potentially license the technology to bigger players and prehaps still be a supplier to others? In a hypothetical situation what would you see as the best outcome down the road?
Thank you and the team for all the hard work...
Best regards,
Tim in Vancouver
