Hi Aarman4,
It's confusing and complicated :-). From what I've been able to uderstand, the agreement for commercialisation of nano silicon is between HPQ Nano Silicon Powders Inc (HPQ NANO) and Pyrogenesis from the output of the NSiR. Pyrogenesis has the right to convert it's royalty into a 50% stake in HPQ NANO - not HPQ Resources.
The agreement between HPQ Silicon Resources Inc and Appollon is for commercialisation of the output from the QRR. Appollon has it's own proprietary process for making hydrogen from its own silicon pwder, but is interested in the 2N+ purity silicon produced by the QRR.
I could be wrong but I think thats failry accurate. But I have no idea how the spoils will be divided if HPQ Nano is spunout.
