I do not know how to get the total amount of the buy and sell orders, but I noticed that in your graph, if you select the line instead of the green area, as shown below, the graph you get gives you a better visual of the Red/Green orders at the bottom of the graph.  you do not get the total amount, but you can see that there were more red than green orders yesterday.

Take note though that a sell order does not necessarilly mean that it is a short sale.
