Well they certainly for some reason feel comfortable shorting the snot out of this thing. 
There was a missed time table with the Gen 2 Nano Reactor that we were assured would be up and running for testing this summer so I suppose that could be part of it.

We are not being told the why but left to our own vices to surmise. It could be this focus on fumed silica in an attempt to bring in revenue faster than nano silicon. 

Could it be that they need to solve the encapsulation methodology with the nano silicon to make this a viable commodity?

Again.. We can only guess.

In the mean time, we can play a little game.. Of the two companies..., which one will reveal the actual company they have an NDA with first?

These OTCBB are not for the faint of heart but still better than Vegas odds for sure.
