I agree that the information / detail provided was thin.....further, it is a little bit nonsensical to use nano silicon as the catalyst to derive nana silicon as the end product (unless you would get more on the back end...more out than you put in)....the catalyst may be something like zinc or aluminum (electrolysis without the use of electricity) would be my guess.  I would agree that it sounds a little fantastical (akin to fusion in a bottle) - but who knows.. maybe they really are on to something.  I hold a lot of hpq shares (and I do not, nor have I ever, shorted a stock), so I am very hopeful in all of their endeavors.  Let's hope that they are being close to the vest to protect the technology / pending patent status....
