upon further research it seems a lot of companies are close including this one in the link above to producing Green Hydrogen using a process very similar to the one used by EBH2
EBH2 "seems" to have an edge in terms of scalability because I "guess" it uses Perfectly Spherical Highly Pure Nano Silicon (a once expensive material to produce) that now HPQ can offer synergistically to EBH2.
Hence why both companies working together make sense. EBH2 has the magic tech and formula and HPQ has the magic ingredient.
The more you research producing hydrogen from water/electrolysis/silicon/sunlight the more you understand the process and the more you see how people have been working on this for many many many years. It's become possible through years of research and new tech (affordable nano silicon)
