Not sure if it was in relation to the pilot plant but Bernard said that the video would be the last for November and that was the reason why he didn't wear a Christmas shirt and then said he would be wearing one in the next video as they could be talking soon. But it could also be EBH2.

I have a feeling once the pilot plant has been running and proven itself they will sell the technology.
