The last news release on the granting of the US Patent had a bit added on about increasing the number of stock options to 22 million shares. This is a HUGE increase (normally people work around a couple of hundred thousand shares) and I am not clear on the reasoning behind it, because obviously it'll greatly increase the amount of dilution.
Could you pls explain theĀ reasoning behind such a big increase in the number of stock options. And also what the exercise price is going to be.
It would also have been good if George (or yourself) had taken the opportunity and discussed it in the recent video, but sadly that did not happen and I have to ask the question now over here.
