Here is how MGS (Metalurgical Grade Silicon) is converted into (Electronic Grade Silicon or SGS (Semiconductor Grade Silicon)....Hpq can make the MGS...so in theory, this could be further purified into EGS or SGS to make the semiconductor chips...necessary feedstock for the big boys that want to repatriate this back to the USA and North America
