They are looking at developing a quartz claim, but have not started any infrastructure not even sure they have even surveyed and determined where on the property the quartz deposit is located, if they find any at all.

The mine won't be built in a day, and neither would the infrastruture to process and ship out product. Not a competator at this point in time.
