Bernard sure was excited during the month of March and kept saying the pilot plant was going to be started by the end of the quarter. Quarter ended then he said that it actually meant end of first quarter beginnig of second. Has been quiet since without any updates. Hopefully no update until it has actually been started, no more excuses. I can wait, but if it doesn't happen then let it fizzle away. Noticed Bernard never answered George's question of "is it a matter of if or is it a matter of when".
