Bernie, Can you put some color on "functional". Are you telling us that you are taking quartz aggregate and making silicon? Admittedly and evidently, I misinterpreted the meaning of this. 
So I for one have been teasingly poking and prodding you on another message board asking someone to give you a match to lite this puppy up.. 

I won't speak for anyone else with this confusion and own the misunderstaning on my own. 

So if the plant is functional in the point to point process to outcome of what you've been looking for, I am clear now and I may stop picking on you. Mayyyybe.. I enjoy it a little bit.. I'm sick like that.. lol
