So I get the sense you have a decent sense of humor, hence my origianal post which by now may be gone. I get that there are a lot of sensitive folks on the planet so those easily triggered interpret things differently. 
So if you care to add some color on what "functional" means IE: power is one, cooling system if there is one, is up to snuff, Ventilation is ventilating and the what not, feel free if you have a moment. 
I am as another poster indicated, trying to get a sense of what this thing is doing in total at the moment. If there is no quartz aggregate running through at the moment, I see no harm in indicating this. It may give those with a brain the understanding of where this hardware is at the moment in a small way. That's it, that's all. 

If you don't want to or can't well that's fine too. I just thought I'd try to get a little info for the kids. lol

At the very least, you have all the FUD here to puruse and pass the time away.
