The Trekhy was an autonomus power generator. It was producing hydrogen through hydrolysis then producing electricity through a fuel cell. From the information we have so far, they are describing the new system as an autonomous pressurized hydrogen delivery system, therefore, I believe, production of hydrogen through hydrolysis without (or maybe with or without) the fuell cell. If the vehicle is equiped with an hydrogen engine, it will probably not need a full cell, if its to be used for an electric vehicle, then it would probably need one.

This might be part of an explanation about the « pressurized » in the description.

 

It is also easy to figure out that a unit that would not include a fuel cell would be a lot less expensive.
