The presser announced it is a dual application civilian and military.  Military applications would be big as military budgets and their pockets are very deep. 

Thanks again George and Bernard for another incredible interview with lots of great hints that we wouldn't have caught.  Always look forward to this after news as it really helps bring clarity but often with nuggets like the military hint that is the client and will be announced when grant funding is finalized and minimum 35% is pretty well done deal.
