After watching the Cyber truck event, it was apparent that they were not able to meet their initial specifications with battery range.
Previously during BatteryDay they talked about using SIOX for their next generation battery.

im curious why they weren't able to deliver on the new battery... do they not have reliable/cheap access to SIOX?
